Privacy Policy
This policy covers the mobile applications published on Google Play and other app stores under the developer name BWR (together, the "Apps"), and the websites aircraftfuelcalculator.com and khalidibrahim.com (together, the "Site"). It explains what information is collected, why, who receives it, how long it is kept, and how you can have it deleted. Each App's specific behaviour is listed in the App-specific details section at the end.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for purposes other than those listed here.
Information we collect
1. Advertising
Some Apps display ads served by Google AdMob, and the Site displays ads served by Google AdSense. To serve and measure ads, Google's advertising SDK collects your device's advertising ID, IP address, device type and operating system, approximate (coarse) location derived from the IP address, and information about how you interact with ads. Ads may be personalised based on this information unless you opt out. We do not receive this data ourselves; we receive only aggregated reporting. You can turn off personalised ads or reset your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
2. Accounts and online features
Apps that offer online or multiplayer features use Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore). When you first use an online feature the App creates an anonymous account: a random identifier with no name, email address, or password. It exists so the App can remember which player you are during a game.
Where an App offers Sign in with Google Play Games, and you choose to use it, we receive your Play Games player ID, display name and avatar so other players can recognise you. We never receive your Google password or email address through this sign-in.
Content you provide inside online features, for example a nickname, the words you type in a round, votes, and scores, is stored on Firebase and shown to the other players in the same room or session. Do not enter personal information (real names, phone numbers, addresses) into game answers.
3. Information stored on your device
Settings, offline saved games and similar data are stored only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the App. They are never uploaded to us.
4. Diagnostics
Google Play may report crash and performance statistics to us in aggregated form through the Google Play Console. These reports do not identify you.
5. The Site
Like most web servers, aircraftfuelcalculator.com and khalidibrahim.com record standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) used only for security and troubleshooting, and kept for a short period.
How we use information
- To provide and operate the Apps and their online features.
- To show ads, which fund the free Apps.
- To keep the Apps secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
- To respond to your requests, including deletion requests.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who receives information
- Google, as our service provider for advertising (AdMob, AdSense), hosting and authentication (Firebase), and optional sign-in (Google Play Games). Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
- Other players in the same online room or session see your nickname or Play Games profile, your answers, votes and scores for that game.
- Authorities, if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.
We do not share information with data brokers, and we do not sell it.
Retention and deletion
- Anonymous accounts are deleted automatically after 30 days without use.
- Online game rooms and everything in them (players, answers, votes, scores) are deleted automatically 30 days after the room was created.
- Advertising data is retained by Google according to its policies; we hold none of it.
- On-device data is under your control and removed when you uninstall the App or clear its storage.
To request deletion sooner, or to ask what we hold about you, email support@khalidibrahim.com from any address and include the App name and, if you know it, the nickname or room code you used. We respond within 30 days. Where an App offers a "delete my data" option in its settings, that option performs the same deletion immediately.
Children
The Apps and the Site are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an online feature, contact us and we will delete it.
Security and international transfer
Data handled by Firebase and Google's advertising services is stored on Google's infrastructure, principally in the United States, and protected by Google's security measures. Communication between the Apps and these services is encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, or the CCPA in California) you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, and to data portability. You can exercise these rights by contacting us. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Because we hold no name or contact details for anonymous accounts, we may ask for the nickname or room code to locate your data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Apps change or new Apps are released. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will also be noted in the affected App's store listing or in the App itself.

- Ads: banner ads from Google AdMob on all screens.
- Play on one phone (offline mode): nothing leaves the device. Settings and saved games are stored locally.
- Play online: creates an anonymous Firebase account; stores your chosen nickname, room code, the answers you type, your dispute votes and scores in Cloud Firestore; all of these are visible to the other players in the same room. Rooms are deleted automatically 30 days after creation.
- Google Play Games sign-in: optional, when offered; shares your Play Games player ID, display name and avatar with other players.
- Permissions: Internet only. No location, contacts, camera, microphone or storage access.
